Support site with Inadequate usability was confusing and frustrating to customers and partners.  Some key usability Gaps:

Strictly hierarchal, tree-based information architecture, no ability for users to identify needs by user type or product version.

  • No “fast track” solution for new users
  • Poor search tool with inadequate filters

Solution:

Overhaul of site UX/UI to eliminate gaps, resulting in greatly improved user experience.

Results:

Overwhelmingly positive feedback from customers and partners.
