Challenge: find distressed properties to acquire

The improving economic outlook reduces the supply of distressed properties to add to the portfolio.  The client needed a way to generate leads for potential properties to acquire. 

Solution: Facebook campaign

A targeted email list was sourced for owners of properties with delinquent property taxes.  This list was uploaded to Facebook to identify individuals likely to be experiencing property tax difficulties.  A display campaign was executed on Facebook, driving clicks to Stonecrest landing page.

Results:

  • 3 properties acquired in first 3 months
  • 3x ROI to date
