Business Type: On demand, mobile laundry and dry cleaning service

Challenge: web site not driving orders

Poorly designed web site without a clear consumer value proposition.  Bounce rate was extremely high, web site was not generating orders.

Solution:

Simple update to home (landing) page to clarify value proposition and simplify order path.  Cost/value was a key performance measure.  Back-end ordering and order fulfillment systems remained in place and were “re-skinned” to match the new home page styling.

Results:

Greatly improved UI, web site bounce rate cut in half, steady growth in online orders.
